Due to COVID-19, some of our events and field trips may be affected. Please continue to visit the website or join our mailing list to stay informed on any updates.
Every third Monday from September to May, Nature Regina hosts a presentation at the Royal Saskatchewan Museum (located at 2445 Albert St., Regina). Topics cover many aspects of our outdoor environment, including plants, animals, landforms, climate and cultural history. The presentation is preceded by a brief meeting regarding Nature Regina business and news. The meeting starts at 7:30 p.m., with a light social at 7:00 p.m. In some years, the December meeting is the second Monday.
The public is welcome to attend the monthly presentations. All Nature Regina events are scent-free events.
Nature Regina hosts semi-regular field trips in and around Regina to observe nature. Field trips may be cancelled or postponed due to bad weather and, when spring is slow in arriving, field trips may be rescheduled to a later date. If you have RSVP'd to an event, you will be contacted if there are changes or cancellations. Please check the Calendar to confirm dates and locations for field trips.
We encourage carpooling whenever possible, especially during field trips. There is no charge other than to share gasoline costs. Unless otherwise indicated, participants meet in the Royal Saskatchewan Museum parking lot at the corner of Albert Street and College Avenue in Regina and carpool from there.
The public is welcome to attend field trips unless the field trip is stated as "Members Only". All Nature Regina events are scent-free events.
