About the Event
Saskatchewan has experienced several dry summers recently. So how do these conditions affect trees in a region that is already moisture limited? In this talk I will show how my lab has used drone technology to assess how forests in the Cypress Hills are impacted by abnormally dry summer weather, and discuss what this could mean for future impacts of climate change on trees and forests in the province.
This will be an in person event.
