The Marcelin area is where Whooping Cranes have been using as a stop over spot for the last few years. This will be an all-day trip, as it will take about 3.75 hours to reach Marcelin from Regina. We will stop in Marcelin for lunch. We will spend most of our time driving around and then getting out to view any cranes seen. There isn’t any walking on this trip. Spotting scope, binoculars and camera are ideal to bring. Dress for the weather. Please pay driver $25 for gas.
Leave RSM at 7:00 am. Meet at the Royal Saskatchewan Museum Parking Lot and carpool. Return to RSM around 5:00 pm.
