Meet at the Royal Saskatchewan Museum Parking Lot. We will be at the Chaplin Nature Centre parking lot around 8:45 am.
Let’s go see hundreds of shorebirds at one of the most important shorebird stop over locations in all of North America! We will see Semi-palmated Sandpipers, Pectoral Sandpipers, Red-necked Phalaropes and more. Hopefully Piping Plovers, Black-necked Stilts, Black-bellied Plovers and Red Knots will also be seen! Bring a lunch, as well as binoculars and a spotting scope if you have them.
All ages and skill levels welcome. Carpooling possible, suggested cost sharing for the driver is $15.
