About the Event

Meet at Royal Sask Museum. Arriving at Condie at ~9;30 am, Creekside parking lot.


Last year Nature Regina members discovered a significant population of Low Townsendia at Condie, by far the largest known population in the Regina area.   We will check out this beautiful spring flower, then walk the Prairie Hiking Trail that follows the south side of Boggy Creek.  We should find other spring wildflowers and  a variety of birds.  We will be walking for from one to two hours, so bring water and possibly a snack.  Anyone not up to the whole trail can turn around at any point or wait by the road at trail end (Half way point) to be picked up. 


If you wish, bring a picnic lunch and we will have lunch together at picnic tables beside the lake before heading home. All ages and skill levels welcome. Carpooling possible, suggested cost sharing for the…
