About the Event

Come and celebrate World Migratory Bird Day and "sing, fly, soar - like a bird" with us!

Activities will include indigenous drum making, pond dipping, sound walk (guided bird hike), migration obstacle course, music therapy plus arts and craft activities. We'll be exploring the Wascana Lake Migratory Bird Sanctuary (by the Saskatchewan Science Centre).  

The event will happen rain or shine. Please come prepared for a 45 minute walk. Mandatory masking, social distancing, hand sanitizing, responding to COVID 19 health and safety symptom checker questions. Transportation to and from the event is available upon request (please contact Lacey Weekes at lweekes@naturesask.ca)
