About the Event

Come and learn about animal tracking in winter, go on a guided 30 minute winter bird watching walk, explore the native plant garden in the winter and find out more about what is happening under the snow. The Get Outside! Kids Club is a partnership between Nature Regina, Nature Saskatchewan and SaskOutdoors. This week we will be joined by the Royal Saskatchewan Museum. Advanced registration is required. We will be repeating the same session at the same location two weeks in a row. Geared towards children aged 6-12. An adult must attend with children. You must register ALL children attending (even if they are younger than 6). An outdoor education program where you can learn about science and learn a bit of French as well while participating in hands-on learning activities. Come and safely meet other at home learners including distance, e-school and homeschool learners! Cabela's has provided us with ice fishing tents and heaters plus hand and foot warmers as well as extra outdoor equipment like snow pants, hats, gloves and neck warmers. So, we'll have a great place to stay warm as we have our outdoor adventure!
